So... RILEY-TOYS has decided to move into SOOBIRD'S little workspace! Was kind of my idea. Rather than using the 3rd bedroom it made sense. You wouldn't believe this is the same room!

A collection of bits... feathers, cards and hat pins ready for a Mad Hatter's top hat. The lawn tape just caught my eye, I don't think that will be getting cut up.

I never knew it existed. It smells so bad, not sure if that's the yarn or where it has been stored.

This I am very excited about. Only last night I was at my friend's house and the conversation turned to hats, as it often does when I am around. Monopoly was mentioned and here it is, fresh from the booty, 50p well spent!

What an amazing afternoon spent at Wheels Day 2010, Farnham. Some of the most amazing cars I have ever seen, just a shame about the weather. It didn't dampen the mood too much and it was great to catch up with the Chloe and Scarlet. We stood in the middle of a muddy field getting soaked whilst discussing future events, leaflets, roller derby's, caravans and vegetarianism! Good luck with that one ladies ♥

So... Saturday 24th April is the next big event. I shall be joining Tiger Lilly's in High Wycombe at the Roller Derby (10-4) where I will have my creations on sale. Good practice before the Handmade Fair in Winchester.

Just about to post my cheque off to raspberry who organises the Winchester Handm@de Craft Fair. I am sooooooooooooooooooo excited about these events. I will be showcasing my creations in Winchester's Guildhall on Sunday 4th July and Saturday 13th November. Please come along and see all the amazing stalls and keep me company whilst supplying me with food and diet coke : )

It will also be the last chance to purchase hair pieces for your summer events. I will shutting up shop on July 10th until August 25th. I will be taking 5 sixth form students to Borneo for a World Challenge. A 4 week trip I know will be the toughest experience I will ever have to do physically and mentally! Worth it though!

New hats in store at Tiger Lilly's Vintage Boutique. A black and white polka dot with red ribbon and feathers along with the Mini Skull Topper.

The smaller hats now come with elastics so that you can chose the colour closest to your hair colour. The bands hook on the base of the brim and sit neatly under your hair and behind your ears/neck. They are sturdy little hats however for extra security I attach a couple of grips.

I can't wait to see the pics of my Soobird pieces being worn at a Las Vegas wedding. The bride requested something in the berry range combining the buttonhole and the flower. It worked rather well.

Injury Day in Switzerland, the perfect day to knit a beard!

So much going on. Can't believe how busy I have been the past few weeks. Ski trip to Switzerland, ill and orders building up, which is good news!
